Our kennel was resistered at the Japan Kennel Club in 1994.

At beginnings, we joined to the Police Dog Association in Japan. The biggest conformation dog Show are held once a Year by them. We first owned Heatherbourne Cottismore, who was born in England. He taught us a lot of things about Labs.

We'd like to make a ideal Labrador, easy to live with people and have good temperament and good soundness. We hope to become consistent high quality breeders and to do type breeding in Japan. All our stocks are tested for Hips, Elbow and Eye before breeding by specialist of veterinarian for such test (OFA, BVA etc)

I love to read some books about Labradors ,"All about the Labradors""The dual purpose Labrador" "Reaching for the Star"written by Mrs Mary Roslin-Williams. Finally I also coulave some important books, such as "The Popular Labrador Retriever by Lorna Contess Howe"."The Retriever Owner's Encyclopedia by Gwen Broadly""Labradors by Miriam Kinsella"To read these kind of books, it is my pleasure!! Thanks to Mrs Hepworth of Poolstead, she gave me a lot of book informations.

I love to read books

To date, we visited some respectable, influential Breeders and many thanks to them, we got a lot of things about this wonderful breed:

Mr and Mrs Hepworth of Poolstead, Mrs and Ms Cox of Lenches, Mrs Cuthbert of Ballyduff, Ms Prichard of Charway, Mrs Rae and Mr Hindly of Cornlands, Mr and Mrs Brabban of Cambremer in UK and Terry and Bob Shober of Pembroke in US. I usually contact with Finland Breeder,Anu Honkappirutti of Mallorn Labradors.

We are owner/handler/breeders,enjoying to attend to the Championship Show with English show leash, free staying. It is rare in Japan now,but I believe this style make the look best for Labrador conformation in the ring.

What is our ideal dog ?

He /she must be healty, mentally and physically. Their temperament should be labrador temperament.( He/she doesn't have any hereditary desease. We're studying it seriously by some books and people)

We believe that Labrador Retreiver is kind of art which made in England and it has inherited from respectable breeders to respectable breeders in generation. We'd like to take part in this work as well.

Here is some imagination about our ideal Labradors:
When you're reading the side of the firespace, your old dog would lay down at your foot, completely relaxing.
Your pup would play with your children as if they were brother and sister.
Your dog would welcome you with his face beaming with smiles when you come back home at the evening, entirely exhausted by the daily work.

These scenes seem to be ideal when you have a dog as a family member.
We believe that these kind of avility must have been making in England through the long term breeding. We never forget the Labrador's background. Besides, our job is to improve this excellent breed in our country.
Labrador is the special breed that people around the world
cooperate with each other in order to improve.
